The original CENTURY 21® Roby & Wigginton was established in 1978 and purchased in 1996 by Lou Ann Moore. The name changed to CENTURY 21® Advantage Plus and moved to the current location at 179 S. Buckman Street. We are the longest standing franchised real estate company in Shepherdsville. Between 2004-2012 rapid growth and aggressive marketing strategy brought together mergers between four of the top companies in Bullitt County, KY: Hometown Advantage, Coldwell Banker Action and CENTURY 21® Neighbors. These companies joined together to form the CENTURY 21® Advantage Plus family. We moved our location of the Mt. Washington office to the convenient 10367 Hwy 44 East location.
